Dan Harris is a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and luthier based in Lafayette, CO. He grew up in a drafty farmhouse in the Connecticut River valley of southern Vermont.

The early years wer primarily consumed with playing guitar, fishing and rummaging around the local forest looking for trouble. He studied jazz and classical guitar in high school and college and has played in a variety of different bands and ensembles, from jazz big bands to flamenco dance groups and his current group, The Renegade Roosters, and bluegrass/old time group also based in Lafayette.

A solo Dan Harris show is like hearing John Prine and Al Pettaway get together to play some tunes on a handcrafted guitar. He is currently working on his first album, due out the end of 2021.
