Amy Biondo had a big birthday this year, and the band will celebrate by featuring fresh interpretations of songs released in her birth year of 1974! Which, as you’ll find out, was an absolutely stellar year in music. The show will also feature some brand new originals by Amy.
Amy Biondo is known for her highly emotional and versatile voice, warm stage presence, and contemplative approach to making music. Her original songs unite deep rhythms of the heart with evocative lyrics and innovative arrangements, with a sound that is jazz-forward but heavily peppered with pop, R&B, and Latin American influences.
Rounding out the band are the ethereal vibraphone and playful keys of Greg Harris, and a trio of master musicians deeply steeped in Latin and jazz traditions: Bill Kopper (guitar), Bill McCrossen (bass), and Raoul Rossiter (drums).
