Julie lived and worked many years in London and then Paris where she received the Best Vocalist Prize at the ‘97 « Jazz Festival de Vienne,». She also was awarded the second prize at « Tremplin Jazz du Val d’Oise » in France, competing with 185 groups of professional musicians from throughout Europe.
