Eats & Beats — Xatrucho
Xatrucho is a premier private cooking concept innovated by Chef Edwin Sandoval. Born in Honduras and growing up in classically trained kitchens, Sandoval strives to bring individuality to traditional Latin dishes. Rather than focusing strictly on traditionality, Sandoval describes Xatrucho as “a collection of what happens in his brain,” while still maintaining an essence of authenticity. Having moved to Denver to become a sous chef at 21 years old, Sandoval has years of experience in various culinary settings, all contributing to a vision of maintaining his cooking style.
Moreover, Xatrucho contributes to a greater cause, collaborating with businesses, non-profits, local photographers and artists, designers, and other important members of the community.
