Over the years, they have created quite a buzz and are a neighborhood staple for locals and those visiting Denver. For their 3rd year anniversary at the end of 2023, they introduced two new menu items: TK’s hearty and creamy Lobster Bisque and TKs Lamb Chop Lollipops.
A Denver native himself, Chef TK grew up watching his father, who was also a chef, cooking in the kitchen and licking the spoon when his mama made banana cream pudding during the holidays. “I’ve been cooking since I was allowed to turn the stove on,” starting with breakfast at the age of 4 or 5 before graduating to other dishes, “The full totality of my restaurant encompasses my upbringing.”
