Eats & Beats: The Chocolate Therapist at The Loveland Chocolate & Cheese Festival

Chocolate & cheese…name a better pairing? Out in Loveland, Colorado there’s a festival that brings together chocolate and cheese lovers for a day of tastings presented by local, regional, and national chocolatiers and cheesemakers. The Loveland Chocolate & Cheese Festival is happening on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at The Ranch Events Complex. New this year are three timed entry sessions starting at 11 a.m. for general admission meant to space out festival goers for a more relaxed experience. Participants can enjoy several events throughout the day too like a Chocolate Pudding Eating Contest, Cheese Rolling, and even a Chocolate vs Cheese Fondue Dip-Off!

The Chocolate Therapist herself, Julie Nygard, joined us this week on The Morning Set’s Eats & Beats feature. As the founder, she refers to The Chocolate Therapist as the “intersection of her two loves of life: chocolate and nutrition.” Located in Littleton, they focus on all-natural chocolate made in small batches. The Chocolate Therapist is a returning vendor at The Loveland Chocolate & Cheese Festival and has been involved since its inception. We got a sneak peek of some of the goodies that will be available this weekend for festival goers to enjoy including their best-selling Dark Chocolate SEA SALT Caramels, their Whisky Pairing Collection, and their European Style Sipping Chocolate just to name a few.
