Denver Water without a drought?

May 1 marks the opening of Denver Water’s watering rules.  Travis Thompson from Denver Water joined First Take to explain the nuances of managing water when the reservoirs seem to be full.  (SPOILER ALERT.  They’re still saying, “Use only what you need.”)

“Conservation is not a drought response,” said Thompson.  ”Conservation needs to be a way of life for all of us here in Colorado.”
