Dazzle at Baur’s: Monique Brooks Roberts

Monique Brooks Roberts is a soul violinist hailing from Louisville, KY. Monique has had a busy and fulfilling career, having performed and recorded for many notable artists including Alicia Keys, Common, Aretha Franklin, and Jill Scott, just to name a few. She has played at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the John F. Kennedy Center, and many many more. She has truly mastered her craft when it comes to fusing jazz, soul, and R&B with the classical sound of the violin. She believes music is our life force and has a love and passion for sharing her gift of music with the world!

Come out to Dazzle at Baur’s on March 4, for two shows – 7 pm and 9 pm to hear your favorite tunes arranged for violin and band, as well as some of her original music from her album “Free.” It will be an experience you’ve never had!
