Day of the Dead Latin Rock Exhibit and Concert
This Día de los Muertos celebration brings Latin Rock legends Dr. Rock, Richard Bean’s Sapo, and former Santana frontman’s band, Zebop. We invite you to experience the soundtrack of the Chicano Movement LIVE and celebrate the historical and living legacy of the Chicano Movement. ‘Voices of Latin Rock’ The people and events that created this sound! In the heat of the politically charged psychedelic era of the late 1960’s.
In addition to lively music, you can drop by our 2-day, exclusive exhibit about Grammy-winning artist Santana that includes gold records, memorabilia, signed guitars, and more! Come join us for a night of great music and fun! Presented by United Mexican American Students (UMAS), Y Moviemiento Estudiantil Chicana/O De Aztlan (MECHA) and Cultural Events Board (CEB). No charge to students and general public.
This all takes place at CU Boulder – 1669 Euclid Ave.
