Contest: The Music Creators Summer Camp Aims to Help Young Musicians Discover Their Songwriting Style
The Music Creators Summer Camp is a one week experience, June 19-23 2023, for 12-16 year old musicians who are serious about writing music. Presented by the Newman Center, this camp seeks to help young songwriters who write melodies, lyrics, and beats find their own unique voice as an artist.
Luke Wachter is an educator and a musician. He is currently the Associate Director for Educational Initiatives at the Newman Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Denver. Luke joined Steve and I on the Morning Set to talk about this musical opportunity.
