Community Connection welcomes Frank Ayala
On Friday, June 14 during the 11 o’clock hour Tree King of The Community Connection welcomes Frank Ayala, the band leader of Mistura Fina, loosely translated from Portuguese, which means a “fine mixture.”
Frank says one of the greatest things about jazz today is musicians from around the world continue to elaborate their styles and traditions to create an always growing, never-ending musical form.
Mistura Fina is playing at City Park Jazz on Sunday, June 16 at 6 p.m.
Tune in to Mid-morning Jazz with Tree King from 10 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday.
