Clare Church was forced to put a career spanning more than 30 years on hold after being diagnosed with task specific focal dystonia, a neurological condition which made it impossible for her to produce a sound on the saxophone or clarinet. 

Church – joined by her husband Pete Lewis – chatted with Jazz Caravan host Erik Troe about staying positive and her switch to drums!
