City Park Jazz will feature the Annie Booth Quartet June 14.

Booth – a Denver-based pianist and composer – grew up in a musical family in Westminster, CO and began piano at a young age. She earning a BM in jazz piano performance from the Thompson Jazz Studies Program at the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2011.
Booth has performed all over the world as a versatile pianist on several luxury cruise lines. Currently, she is an active performer on the Denver jazz scene – both as a sideman and bandleader.
A recipient of an ASCAP Young Jazz Composers Award, Booth is also a 2015 Westword Music Award nominee in the jazz category.
Booth released her debut album,Wanderlust, in October 2014, featuring nine original compositions in both trio and quartet settings.
An educator, Booth teaches through local nonprofits, The Gift of Jazz and Colorado Conservatory for the Jazz Arts, as well as through her own private piano studio.
