An Evening Under the Stars

The Wine and Food event of the year will be happening September 4th-9^th at the Denver Food and Wine Festival, and you don’t want to miss out. Chef Troy Guard from the TAG restaurant group, Chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino of Lima, Peru and a host of other chefs will be serving up some of their best culinary masterpieces at Dinner Under the Stars on Wednesday September 5^th at 6pm.

Chef Pedro stopped by the KUVO studios to talk about how he has come to be known as the Amazon Chef, rainforest to table food, delicacies that he serves at his restaurant Malabar and more.  His lovely assistant Martha took time to talk about one of the benefactors of this incredible night, Canopy Bridge.
