All Blues — Homage to Bluesman John Mayall
On Saturday, July 27 on All Blues from 4 to 6 pm, host Geoff Anderson remembers groundbreaking bluesman John Mayall who passed away this past Monday at age 90.
Mayall performed and recorded for over 60 years and he was known for spotting other talented bluesmen and helping to launch their careers.
Tune in on Saturday when we’ll hear many different iterations of Mayall’s bands as well as music by many of the musicians who played in his bands over the years.
