Adeltias on Broadway speaks with KUVO

As things are heating up in regards to the Coronavirus so are things at Adelitas Cocina and Cantina. With two locations in town to serve their customers (in Littleton on W. Main St. and in Denver on S. Broadway) they serve traditional Mexican cuisine that offers gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options.

I had a chance to speak with Nathan Ayala-Schmit, the General Manager of the Denver location,  about the menu items that Adelitas is selling and featuring during the pandemic, and how they are being safe with each other and the food during the Covid-19 outbreak.

Nathan also discussed how he is seeing some fascinating things that are happening during the pandemic and more.
