A talk with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless  provides integrated housing, health care, vocational and supportive services to help create lasting solutions to the homeless here in Colorado.

I had a chance recently to speak with Cathy Alderman, Vice President of Communications & Public Policy for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless. She and I spoke about what are the best practices and steps that will help the health conditions for the homeless, who are always at-risk, because right now it seems to all come down to shelter. She also spoke about how Covid-19 has affected shelters and camps for the homeless and with not a lot of vehichles on the road she elaborated on how the homeless are being affected as far as curbside donations go.
