A Sicilian red tackles mouthwatering ribs
It’s September and summer is almost over, and for a lot of people they think that grilling is done as well, but that is not the case according to Jason from GQue BBQ. He joined us for this month’s Joy Wine and food pairing and brought some ribs, garlic mashed potatoes, a delicious in-house recipe mac and cheese, and a killer bourbon cherry cheesecake.
Jason said that anytime of the year is a good time to have some BBQ, as well as a nice glass of wine which Carolyn brought. A lot of people think of beer when they think of BBQ, but Carolyn brought a nice Planeta Sicilian red to pair with Jason’s hearty meal.
