Los Chicos Malos Latin Jazz, Featuring Grammy Winning Victor Mestas on piano, keys and vocals, Zak Kopeikin – Bass, Leo Corona – Congas, vocals and special guest Timbal player from Cuba-Howard Hernandez and Pablo Betrán – tenor sax. Per Victor… It will be a more of a salsa night, some latin jazz. Los Chicos Malos have played at Sole several times and their nights are always 100% great fun.

Chef Leo has created a dinner special for the occasion- a Mexican masterpiece, nowhere else in Colorado to be found: Chiles en Nogada-Stuffed poblano pepper with ground pork and beef, dried fruits, almonds and spices. Topped with Nogada ( creamy sauce made of queso fresco, goat cheese, walnuts and a touch of sherry wine. Decorated with pomegranate kernels and parsley.

We have expanded our wine menu to include several wonderful new wines from Spain, Italy, France, South Africa, and Argentina, plus great craft beer.

Dinner service is 6-9 and Showtime is 7-10. We don’t take reservations so come early to get a table and enjoy our excellent and affordable bistro menu. Seating and dinner start at 6 and Showtime is 7-10.
