KUVO welcomes the Bob Schlesinger Quartet to the Phyllis A. Greer Studio. Bob draws on a lifelong love of diverse music and decades as a professional musician to bring us a daring and delightful fusion of jazz, rock, and R&B. Original pieces by Bob Schlesinger and Mike Stern, with a few fresh arrangements of Thad Jones and Bob Dylan tunes.

Schlesinger received a Pathways to Jazz grant to record in NYC with Eddie Gomez (bass), Mike Stern (guitar) and Billy Drummond (drums). He is releasing this CD, Brush Strokes, on April 9th at Dazzle in Denver.
