A jam packed line-up features Youth Group, After Midnight, Ivory & Gold Trio, Jim Cullum Jazz Band, Jeff Barnhart’s Swing Summit, Summit Allstars, and the John & Kristy Cocuzzi Quartet with Duke Heitger.

Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble’s Bamboula: Musicians Brew features the deep cultural traditions expressed through the Mardi Gras Indians of New Orleans. This show also features timeless works from the ensemble’s rich 45-year legacy.
A collaborative project, this show emerged out of the research excavation on the connections between Zulu – a blackface minstrel parade in New Orleans – and the Minstrel Carnival in Cape Town, South Africa. This interdisciplinary piece is choreographed by Millicent Johnnie and set to two compositions by Charles Vincent Burwell and Donald Harrison.
