Dreams and Dances – Original Small-Group Works by Peter Sommer | Saturdays

Nocturne Jazz & Supper Club is pleased to be presenting saxophonist Peter Sommer in a special four week Saturday night series highlighting the original works from his albums “Tremolo Canteen” and “Narrando Historias” as well as new small group pieces tailored for this residency at Nocturne. Inspired by life, philosophy, and literature, Sommer’s music retains a tuneful quality while highlighting the band’s lyricism and rhythmic aptitude.
