Celebrating National Record Store Day with Gold Sound

Saturday April 13th is National Record Store Day, it’s a tradition that started back in 2008 to help celebrate the culture of locally owned record stores.

I traveled over to Englewood recently to speak with Ron Gold of Gold Sound, a store that has been described by some as “the vintage audio lover’s candy store.” We had a chance to discuss records, turntables, reel to reel’s Louis Armstrong, the correlation between Star Wars and the Wizard of Oz and more.Interview with Ron Gold of Gold Sound
