The 10th Annual Taste of Ethiopia Festival is back this Saturday, August 3, and Sunday, August 4 at Parkfield Lake Park in Denver. It celebrates the rich culture and traditions of Americans of Ethiopian descent and fosters a sense of community among the diverse populations of Colorado. From Ethiopian cuisine to arts and performances, a variety of music, food, and local vendors are featured.

Nebiyu Asfaw, co-founder and organizer of the festival, shares more details in this interview with The Morning Set. Visit the festival website at Taste of Ethiopia or its Facebook and Instagram pages for more information.
