The Colorado School of Mines Jazz Ensemble is performing for Studio Club in the Phyllis A. Greer Performance Studio on Tuesday, March 13 at 7pm, hosted by Geoff Anderson. The Jazz Ensembe is one of four large performing ensembles at CSM.  Members of the ensemble are engineering students across a wide range of majors. The group performs regularly in the Denver area, and has performed as far away as Dublin, Ireland.  The group regularly records in collaboration with the Music Technology program and is currently compiling works for a "Music at Mines" album.

Join us in the Phyllis A. Greer Performance Studio as we welcome violinist Christian Howes and pianist Reggie Berg on Friday, March 2 at 11:15am to 12noon.

The 6th Hour Jazz Combo will perform in the Phyllis A. Greer Performance Studio on Tuesday, February 13 at 7pm, hosted by Geoff Anderson of Tuesday Night Beat & Vinyl Vault. The 6th Hour Jazz Combo is one of 10 instrumental music groups at East High School and is directed by Keith Oxman.

The Jive Tribe is a Boulder based band that attracts audiences from all different backgrounds and cultures. By taking inspiration from a wide variety of different artists and genres.

Celebrate Mardi Gras with us as we welcome Sam Reider and the Human Hands to the Phyllis A. Greer Performance Studio on Tuesday, February 13 - 3 to 4pm on Jazz from 1 to 4pm.

Jazz pianist turned roots musician, Sam Reider is redefining American music on the accordion. He’s been featured at Lincoln Center and on NPR, and performed alongside pop stars, virtuosos and folk musicians around the world. Sam Reider – accordion/piano, Roy Williams – guitar, Dominick Leslie – mandolin, and Phoebe Hunt – violin.
