Oct 20, 2016

"The United Nations created the first international criminal tribunal since Nuremburg," said Akerson.  "When I arrived (about three years after the genocide), the evidence accumulated in a hotel room, even in the bathtub."

The statewide amendment in this Nov. 5, 2013 election is Amendment 66 - Funding for Public Schools. The measure increases the state income tax in Colorado, and it sets aside 43 percent of the state's budget for Pre-K through 12 public education.

KUVO edited two features (pro and con) from the debate aired on "Colorado State of Mind," hosted by Cynthia Hessin on Rocky Mountain PBS. The entire debate can be viewed here.
