Sellers love these lists.  Buyers shrug.  But everybody looks to see where their Ponderosa sits in 5280 Magazine's "Top 25 neighborhoods."  Managing Editor Jessica LaRusso visited "First Take with Lando and Chavis" with their methodology and some surprises on the list (co-written with Chris Outcault).

Something like 300 new restaurants, diners, and pubs opened in metro Denver in 2014, "a dizzying array," writes 5280 Magazine's food editor Amanda Faison in the March 2015 cover story.  We met at one of the "Best 10," Cart-Driver in Denver's RiNo neighborhood, and shared the conversation on "First Take with Lando and Chavis."

The premise: fine dining is out.  Casual dining is in.  But 5280 Magazine's food editor Amanda Faison compiled a list of the "25 Best Restaurants" in the metro Denver area.  She shared her opinion (and some tasty tips) on "First Take with Lando and Chavis."

"I wouldn't say (fine dining) is over.  I would say it's shifting," said Faison.   "It's the same quality as a fine dining restaurant, but it's in a more casual environment."

You know the New Yorker who's never been to the top of the Empire State building?  Don't be that person.  Living in Colorado, we are supposed to enjoy the great outdoors.  Further eliminating your excuses, we've called Lindsey Koehler, whose cover story in the May 2014 newsstand edition of 5280 Magazine profiles three exclusive getaways.

On "First Take with Lando and Chavis," Lindsey, Carlos and Steve also discussed some of the more accessible "must-see" locations in Colorado.
