The Wyoming Jazz Ensemble, directed by Professor of Music and Director of Jazz Studies, J. Scott Turpen, is the University of Wyoming's premiere big band and regularly earns the highest ratings at national jazz festivals. The ensemble has received much acclaim for performances with some of the biggest names in jazz.
