Jeffrey A. Brimer
Jeffrey A. Brimer is Special Counsel in the Denver, Colorado office of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, where he specializes in representing the legal needs of franchisors, with a focus on international franchising. He graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado and Missouri Bars and the International Bar Association; and, a frequent speaker and author on franchising. Jeff was editor of the Franchise Law Compliance Manual (2nd Edition), published by the American Bar Association in 2011. He has been named to The International Who's Who of Franchise Lawyers, Franchise Times “Legal Eagles”, Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Franchising and Best Lawyers in America.
