Tune in to KUVO/Geoff Anderson hosts, from the Phyllis A Greer Performance Studio, the music of Quincy Ave. Rhythm Band. Performing under the direction of Stephen Holley, the band is comprised of 18 students, including  vocalists and instrumentalists. Shout out to developers: 5 Pts. is "it"

(originally aired on 7/12/13)Ground was broken on the first residential development of the Five Points Redevelopment Plan this week. The event was just the next step in what has been a strong summer for urban development launches in Denver's urban core. (United Way broke ground at Park Ave./23rd and California St. in June.
